ABOUT ME
As a Talent & Learning Leader, my focus is on helping business leaders at all levels co-create tailored talent development solutions for their employees. I believe in taking a visionary approach, constantly seeking ways to improve and enhance our talent and succession plans. My work is strategic in nature, but also highly tactical, as I work with leaders to implement these solutions and ensure their success. Through this approach, I am able to provide real value for others, helping them strengthen their talent and prepare for the future.
My family calls Wisconsin home and we enjoy camping in the great outdoors of the upper Midwest. I completed a 23 year career in the U.S. Army in support of Individual and Leadership development, training, and education and transitioned into a successful career supporting multiple civilian commercial organizations. I have over 15 years of experience and skills related to Learning and Development, Talent Management, Organizational Performance, and Human Resources. I am currently a leader in the Global Talent Organization at IDEX Corporation, as the Director, Talent Development within the Global Talent Organization.
